<p>Ny artikkel</p> <p><b>Ny side</b></p><div>&#039;&#039;&#039;Øvre Tåsen byggeselskap,&#039;&#039;&#039; nå &#039;&#039;&#039;Øvre Tåsen boligsameie,&#039;&#039;&#039; ble opprettet i 1923 på initiativ fra [[Henning Klouman]], [[Claus Berg]] og [[Mathias Tjerbo]]. De tre hadde tidligere stått bak opprettelsen av [[Tåsen byggeselskap]], som i løpet av 1923 ferdigstilte 16 firemannsboliger i [[Jutulveien (Oslo)|Jutulveien]] og [[Bredo Stabells vei]] i [[Tåsen hageby]]. Med opprettelsen av et nytt selskap på Øvre Tåsen ville de tre fortsette samarbeidet i de samme rollene som de hadde hatt i Tåsen byggeselskap, henholdsvis som arkitekt, forretningsfører og ansvarshavende for byggeprosjektet.<br /> <br /> Klouman, Berg og Tjerbo fikk tilsagn om å feste en kommunal tomt (gnr. 53/72) og fikk i april 1923 prosjektet godkjent, under forutsetning av at det ble opprettet et byggeselskap av boligsøkende. Konstituerende generalforsamling ble avholdt 9. juli 1923. I oktober 1923 inngikk selskapet kontrakt med byggmestrene C. Østreng og Hagbart Lie, og planlagt ferdigstillelse for boligene ble fastsatt til april–august 1924. På grunn av storlockouten ble byggingen forsinket, men ikke lenger enn at husene ble ferdigstilt mellom september og desember 1924.<br /> <br /> Byggeselskapets 12 firemannsboliger har i dag adressene [[P. A. Munchs vei (Oslo)|P. A. Munchs vei]] 1–6 og 8, [[Løvåsveien (Oslo)|Løvåsveien]] 1, 3 og 5 og [[Tåsenveien (Oslo)|Tåsenveien]] 34 og 36.
