Kjetil Knutson fekk arvefeste på jordstykket…</p> <p><b>Ny side</b></p><div><br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;Fløystad&#039;&#039;&#039; (Fyresdal gnr. 37/5/8) er ein eigedom i [[Folkestadbyen]] i Fyresdal med adresse [[Skippergata (Fyresdal)|Skippergata]] 12. Kjetil Knutson fekk arvefeste på jordstykket Fløystad i 1892 for kroner 15 årleg leige. Hus til plassen vart flytt frå Jordal. I 1899 fekk Olav Gjermundson Haugen og kona, Tone Tovsdotter Ormtveit arvefeste på 1/2 mål for 15,50 kroner årleg. Her bygde dei bustad som dei kalla Fløystad. Arvefestet til Kjetil Knutson fekk dei i 1911. Olav Gj. Haugen hadde kjøpt Uppistog Jordal og flytte stovebygningen der ned til Fløystad.<br /> <br /> Olav Gj.
