Bygningen er fra 1980-tallet og driftes i dag av selskapet Clemens Eiendom AS, som er et heleid datterselskap av [[Opplysningsvesenets fond]]. Bygningen har siden 2004 huset sentralorganer i [[Den norske kirke]], flere kirkelige organisasjoner, i tillegg til Opplysningsvesenets fond (Ovf) og Clemens Eiendom AS.<br /> <br /> Bygningen er innredet med hovedsakelig enkeltkontorer i kontorfellesskap, fordelt på 8 etasjer, totalt 250 kvm. Bygningen har resepsjonstjeneste, felles møterom og kantine.<br /> <br /> Tomten hadde tidligere adresse [[Skippergata (Oslo)|Skippergata 6]], hvor det lå en bygning fra [[1876]] for [[Ditlef Lexow]], med [[Henrik Nissen]] som arkitekt. 7. desember 1957 ble Rigmor Johnsen funnet drept i kjelleren, et mord [[Fredrik Fasting Torgersen]] ble dømt for, se [[Torgersensaken]]. UNG MOB (Ungdom mot bøteterror),okkuperte det rivningstruede huset i 1981, i den såkalte [[Skippergataokkupasjonen]] som varte fram til 1982. Dette ble en forløper for opprettelsen av [[Blitz]] da okkupantene i stedet fikk tilbud om en leiekontrakt i [[Pilestredet (Oslo)|Pilestredet]] 30 C.
