Født i Aalesund, død 02.08.1938. Hadde sin læretid som fotograf omkring århundreskiftet hos E.O. Simonnæs. Fotograferte bl. a. på Svalbard og Island. Var en ivrig tindebestiger. Moa har drevet en utstrakt reprofotografering fra Aalesund på 1800-tallet. I forbindelse med utgivelsen av Kr.Bugges "Aalesunds historie" (1923) har Moa vært engasjert til å avfotografere innsamlede bilder. De senere årene før sin død trakk han seg tilbake fra yrket på grunn av dårlig syn. Atelieret hans brente 2.1.1919. Virkested: 1902 ca-1919 ca: Svalbard 1905 ca-1924 ca: Ålesund , 1501<br />
