<p>Ny artikkel</p> <p><b>Ny side</b></p><div>&#039;&#039;&#039;Tåsen byggeselskap,&#039;&#039;&#039; nå &#039;&#039;&#039;Tåsen borettslag,&#039;&#039;&#039; ble opprettet i 1922 på initiativ fra [[Henning Klouman]], [[Claus Berg]] og [[Mathias Tjerbo]]. De tre gikk sammen for å bygge boliger på Kristiania kommunes grunn på [[Tåsen (strøk)|Tåsen]], henholdsvis som arkitekt, forretningsfører og ansvarshavende for byggeprosjektet.<br /> <br /> Initiativtagerne fikk overflyttet et statlig/kommunalt nedskrivningsbidrag som et annet byggeselskap ikke hadde benyttet seg av og fikk sommeren 1922 kommunens godkjennelse til å sette i gang byggeprosjektet. Konstituerende generalforsamling i byggeselskapet ble avholdt 5. september 1922, og tildeling av leiligheter (ved loddtrekning) ble gjennomført 19. oktober. I likhet med hva tilfelle var i de andre byggeselskapene i [[Tåsen hageby]], stilte kommunen krav om at beboerne skulle ha [[hjemstavnsrett]] i Kristiania kommune.<br /> <br /> Byggeselskapets 16 firemannsboliger sto ferdig til innflytting i 1923, og de første familiene flyttet inn i mai. 11 av husene ble bygd med treromsleiligheter, fem med toromsleiligheter.
